Separate calendar preference for showing client initials in calendar and alerts
Under Calendar Preferences, separate the preference for "Show only client initials in Calendar and staff email alerts" so that I can display the client's full name on the calendar, but only show their initials in email alerts.

One-time payment link for entire balance
It has been mentioned before but for some reason I can't add my vote to support it. PLEASE make it possible to send a 1-time payment link to a 3rd party for the total client balance due. Having to send a separate link for each invoice is a pain for both our end and the payer's end. It's also confusing for them! Thanks.

Default rendering provider on invoice to staff on appointment
When creating an invoice for an appointment, make the rendering provider default to the staff member on the appointment.

Bring back "no end date" option when creating recurring appointments.
The option to have no end date for recurring appointments was recently removed. This was a very helpful feature and I would really like to have it back. Just because some users did not like the feature, does not mean the option should be removed for everyone. They have the choice to click the other options. This option was very helpful for setting up clients on a regular schedule.

Reduce file size of PDFs
When I save a PDF to my computer (such as a client's progress note, invoice, etc.), have it save as a smaller file size so it's easier for me to email it.

After reading a client message allow me to mark it as "unread". I may not have time to respond right away and I want to make sure I don't forget.

Have certain forms always available on the portal
I'd like to have certain forms always available on the portal for clients to fill out as needed, such as releases, so I don't have to send them constantly.

Sort secure messages
Allow me to sort the secure messages so I can see them from oldest to newest.

Blocklist a client
Create an ability to flag a client, a name, an email and other contact information on Theranest. So if we know we have an issue client or possible client, they cannot be added to theranest or it pops up an alert that they have been flagged or blocklisted.

When viewing a client's chart, allow me to see the Planned Interventions or Plan information that was entered on the last progress note.

When filling out the Client Progress section in a progress note, add additional selection options besides "Progress" and "No Progress" because I want to report on other things.

Move diagnosis code to client details
Instead of inputting the client's diagnosis codes under Diagnostic Impressions, allow me to enter the diagnosis codes somewhere on the Client Details page. I want to be able to quickly view this from the client's page rather than finding it in a note. We also have some staff members that need to reference the client's diagnosis when calling insurance, but they shouldn't have access to the case.

Automatic out-of-office reply for portal messages
If a client contacts me through the client portal while I'm away, allow me to set up an automatic out-of-office reply and the option to have those messages forwarded to another staff member.
