Allow me to create a custom home page or dashboard that displays information relevant to my role. For example, as a therapist, I may want to see outstanding progress notes and today's appointments, but as a biller, I may want to see un-invoiced appointments and rejected claims.

Hide canceled and no-show appointments when creating batch statements
Allow me to hide canceled, no-show, and rescheduled appointments from appearing on batch statements. We give superbill-level statements to our clients to submit to insurance and having these appointments on there is causing some confusion with their payers.

Make it easier to delete a client
When I delete a client, have TheraNest delete all the associated case notes, invoices, etc. I shouldn't have to remove this information first before deleting the client because it takes too much time.

Display appointments side-by-side
When viewing the calendar in day view or week view for multiple providers, show the appointments side-by-side rather than overlapping so it's easier to see all the appointments.

Separate appointment reminder preferences
Allow me to set a client's appointment reminder preferences that are separate from other communication. For example, a client may not want to receive emailed reminders but they do want to receive other communication via email.

Currently, there are two client portal settings to allow clients to schedule an appointment, and another setting to allow clients to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours, but I'd like to adjust the time to 48 or 72 hours.

Always view full day appointments in staff view
When I schedule a full-day appointment and have the calendar in Staff view, allow me to always see the appointment even if I scroll down to later on the calendar so I don't try and schedule something.
