Always view full day appointments in staff view
When I schedule a full-day appointment and have the calendar in Staff view, allow me to always see the appointment even if I scroll down to later on the calendar so I don't try and schedule something.

The ALL DAY items should be visible on the calendar even when you scroll down. You currently have to scroll to the top to see these "appointments".

Currently, if you schedule a "full day" event on your calendar (full-day training, for example), it isn't visibly obvious from the therapist calendar view - it shows up like a 15-min block of time way at the top of the screen, like an appointment at 6:45am. Then as you scroll down, that block disappears like any other appointment on your calendar. It should freeze along w/ the calendar heading so you see that you're in a full-day event, no matter how far down you scroll, or it should visibly block all the calendar hours for the day so it's obvious you have no availability.

Include Full Day Appointments with scroll lock in Calendar Header (below Therapist Name) so this shows up at all times when scheduling
