  1. Map TheraNest fields to the 837 file

    Provide a "map" that tells us which Theranest field populates which loop of the EDI 837.
    Sometimes I can find the error in the EDI 837 but can't figure out where to go in Theranest to make the change that will correct it.

  2. Recognize Client Payment has Already been received when using "Process Payment Adjustment"

    It would be nice if the "Process Payment Adjustment" option would recognize that a client payment has already been received and not try to automatically shift the copay amount to the client specified by the PR-3 adjustment.

  9. Prevent staff from viewing a specific client

    Allow me to lock a specific client's profile that prevents other staff from viewing their information. Sometimes we may get a client that one of us knows personally, and we don't want to change everyone's permission but just prevent them from viewing that one client.

  10. Don't require a location when adding a client

    When I add a client to TheraNest, don't require me to indicate a location for the client. We have clients that move across locations and I don't want a location to default when creating an appointment.

  13. View claim number in claim tabs

    Allow me to easily view the claim number in the claim tabs. When I talk to payers they typically refer to claim numbers and it would be easier to find the correct client and claim if I could search by this in TheraNest.

  18. Add Medicaid ID field to client's insurance

    When adding a payer for a client create a new field to enter the Medicaid ID or Medicare MBI number as this is a different number outside of the Plan ID or Group ID.

  20. Warning when archiving a client with open cases
