  5. Automatically schedule clients on a cadence after Initial Assessment

    I have used Therapy Notes in the past and after the Initial Assessment, you could select if the client was going to be seen weekly or bi-weekly or monthly. If the client was going to be seen on the same day and time for each appointment as is most therapists habit, they were automatically rescheduled for their next weekly, bi-weekly or monthly appointment.

  7. Send client appointment notifications in location time zone

    If I have client notification settings enabled for creating an appointment, rescheduling an appointment, etc. then send those emails using the location time zone.

    Allow me to copy the client's information (DOB, ID, etc.) from the left navigation menu because I could do this previously with the old navigation.

  13. Exclude rendering NPI on per-claim basis

    Instead of just being able to check the box in the insurance information to include or not include the rendering provider's NPI, allow me to include or exclude the rendering provider's NPI on each individual claim.

  20. Show client flags in batch payments

    Allow me to view client flags in batch payments. We have certain clients that have special circumstances and cannot process their cards. I'd like to exclude these clients when running batch payments.
