    Have the client receive the appointment reminder in the language that's identified in their client details.

    Allow me to view a log (similar to the Changelog) that shows known issues in TheraNest so I'm better informed of the issues and know they have been reported.

  3. Notify other staff of new appointments

    Allow me to specify other staff that should be alerted when a client schedules a new appointment. Our front office staff has things they need to accomplish when a new appointment is scheduled so they need to be notified.

  4. Specify who gets notified of completed intake forms

    Allow me to specify who gets notified when a client completes an intake form. As an admin, I want to be notified when any client completes a form without having to be assigned to every client. We also have intake coordinators who need to be notified as well.

  5. Remind me of incomplete notes

    Have TheraNest automatically remind me after so many days of notes that I haven't completed so I don't have to scroll through the Agenda or remember to run a report.

    Alert me or notify me if I have a new secure message from a client because it's easy to miss the number on the icon.

  7. Notify me of outstanding balances

    Alert me or notify me if a client has an outstanding balance that has exceeded a certain number of days. For example, if a client hasn't paid in 30 days we need to follow up.

  8. Add client name to progress note review alert

    As a supervisor or supervisee, when I get an alert to about a progress note display the client's name so that when I come back to my alerts I can see which ones I've already done.

    When I print a secure message, show the words "Secure Message" on the PDF so I know where it came from.

    Allow me to set a client's appointment reminder preferences that are separate from other communication. For example, a client may not want to receive emailed reminders but they do want to receive other communication via email.

  14. Schedule secure messages

    After I write a secure message, allow me to set a time for when it should be sent to the client. I may want to write a message today, but not have it sent until tomorrow and I don't want to forget.

  18. Have enter key insert sentence and paragraph breaks into secure messages

    When I compose a secure message, the enter key doesn't actually enter a break. If I hit the enter key once to start a new line after I send the message the new line doesn't appear. All my text runs together.

  19. Acknowledge each practice chat message

    If we have a conversation thread in practice chat, each message gets marked (or checked) when I view it, even if I've really only viewed the most recent one and not the prior messages. Have it so we have to acknowledge each message individually so the sender knows if the message has been read or not.

  20. Add practice name to all email notifications I receive from TheraNest

    We have multiple TheraNest accounts and with some email notifications I receive (e.g. new practice chat messages, support messages) it doesn't specify which of my TheraNest accounts it applies to, so I have to log into each account just to find it.
