Specify who gets notified of completed intake forms
Allow me to specify who gets notified when a client completes an intake form. As an admin, I want to be notified when any client completes a form without having to be assigned to every client. We also have intake coordinators who need to be notified as well.

Submitted intake forms from a "NEW invitation Link" only to go administrator. We have an intake coordinator who handles these forms and need the notification.

As an admin, allow me to receive a notification of a client completes an intake form on the client portal.

Provide a notification of when a client completes a dynamic form we have sent them. And allow specific admin to be designated to receive the notification.
