Notify me of outstanding balances
Alert me or notify me if a client has an outstanding balance that has exceeded a certain number of days. For example, if a client hasn't paid in 30 days we need to follow up.

Set up a system to remind us of an outstanding payment. Say after 30 days billing would get a note saying X has an outstanding payment.
