  1. Ability to apply refunds to current date instead of date of service

    Allow me to apply a refund for the current date rather than the date the card was initially run to keep our accounting accurate.

  2. Display transaction details for payments throughout client Ledger

    The client statement has a column for the transaction description that includes details about the payment number and the type of payment that was received. After charging a credit card, I have no way to go back and know which card was charged when they have more than one on file. Please show the last four digits on the payment history and /or the receipt.

  5. Remove reply-to email when sending invoices and statements

    Remove my email address as the sender when I email a superbill or statement to the client. The sending email is a "do-not-reply", but it lists my name and email address as the "reply-to" email so clients reply to me.

  12. Add or edit modifiers on invoice

    Allow me to enter modifiers when creating an invoice.

    For example, if two services occur on the same day that can be billed on the same day I have to add modifier 59, but I can't add that to the service code library as it is unethical to include modifier 59 every time I bill that service.

  16. Bill using UB-04 claim form

    It would be very beneficial to us if Theranest could support the UB-04 claim form format, as we are licensed as an outpatient d/a facility, and must file on an institutional claim form for some of our payers.

  19. Options for Automated Reminders to Clients to Pay Invoices

    I would love to be able to schedule automatic reminders that can be sent to clients to pay invoices by a given date. Many of them either do not give us permission to save/charge their card and/or just forget to check their portal, which means I have to spend additional time checking to see who hasn't paid and then send them follow up reminders.

  20. Separate insurance credit from client credit in client ledger

    It would be helpful to have an insurance credit option along with the clients credit. Currently if there is an insurance credit it goes under clients credit which throws therapist off thinking client has a credit when its actually an insurance credit/overpayment.
