Agreed! We started an IOP and assumed we would be able to submit claims in TheraNest as we do for outpatient services, but just found out we need to submit facility claims and that they aren't supported here.

We submit facility claims and need to be able to send both Ub and 1500 claims. Please add this functionality.

This would be absolutely incredible. Even if the feature cost a little more per claim, as an outpatient group provider, sometimes insurances are required to file UB-04 codes.

Agree with Sarah; we are an outpatient day treatment facility and need to be able to bill using Rev codes.

Claims for Partial Hospitalization, PHP, service code H0035 ,when provide by Mental Health Clinic most likely will have to be submitted on a Facility Clams Form UB-04, CMS-1450, depending on the Insurance Company (4+ HOURS/DAY of services.)

Intensive Out-Patient, IOP services S940, may be restricted to 3-HOURS/DAY , which can be using Professional Claim Form CMS 1500.

If you want to service you clients, who are transitioning from a "counseling service" to a community-based "mental heath clinic", like us, both we and they, will need this capability within TheraNest, especially as the number of PHP Clients continues to increase.
