    Is it possible to turn telehealth on and off as needed instead of paying for full month and only using 2 or 3 times? I would prefer to pay a daily rate vs monthly since I don't have many telehealth sessions.

    It would be nice if archived clients could access their portals to make payments only, if they have a balance when account is closed.

    I would like to receive a confirmation notice or read receipt/time-date stamp when a client opens their message in the Client Portal. So that I know they opened and/or viewed the message.

    Be able to move active clients back to prospective if they haven't been scheduled.

    I would like to have a master client portal where clients may log in and then select the provider's specific portal within the master account. Client uses one email address to log into master account and then can select individual provider to access the individual provider's portal. This allows for clients to access multiple, individual client portals using one email instead of using different emails addresses for each provider.

    Can you create an Aged Receivables Report that is based on and reflects all Clients outstanding balances per Provider? So, the report would reflect 30, 60, 90 days, etc, per Client due to each Provider.
