Rather than paying a monthly subscription fee, allow me to pay based on the minutes I use.

Is it possible to turn telehealth on and off as needed instead of paying for full month and only using 2 or 3 times? I would prefer to pay a daily rate vs monthly since I don't have many telehealth sessions.
