Please bring back the ability for audio to be shared during telehealth sessions. All other platforms allow this feature, so the feedback I have gotten previously about it being a copyright issues does not add up. The ability to join with young clients is significantly limited by not be able to share sound when doing an activity.

Include ability to run cancellation lists for particular providers at certain times. I come from a salon background and this was a standard feature in all scheduling software.

When searching for a client that is not found in the active list, after switching to the Archived or All tab, search input is deleted. It would be time saving if the search input was maintained while switching between tabs. (This feature is present when switching between billing tabs from Open invoices to Fully paid invoices.)

When searching for an invoice on a specific date, results are only returned if day and year are in double digits and quadruple digits respectively. (Month will show up regardless of format) It would be time saving if results for an invoice dated May 5, 2023 was searchable by 5/5/23 as well as 5/05/2023.

I need one click access to the agenda (while still maintaining calendar as the default scheduling view.) This used to be available by clicking the organization name but has since disappeared since the schedule optimization preview rolled out. Now you have 2 links leading to the same place: clicking the organization name and clicking the schedule preview both lead to the calendar.
The agenda is the simplest place to create a progress note from and it should not take multiple clicks to be able to access.
