It would be nice to "add progress notes" from the schedule screen or in multiple places in addition to the agenda screen.

It would be more efficient and helpful to be able to add a note from the calendar.

This would make writing progress notes much easier and able to keep track of notes that were completed for the week.

YES! Therapy Notes is like this and it is SO user friendly. I vote YES! Make the client's name "clickable" in the calendar that takes us to do the note from there.

Being able to compose my notes from my calendar would save tons of time - I don't get reimbursed for this lost time! I think this is the most important needed improvement at this time and it was proposed in 2015?

I agree with the former comments regarding the appointment-to-note-to-invoice process being simpler than going back & forth between those features and the Agenda view (which I don't like anyway). Give the functionality to the Calendar that you gave to the Agenda.

This is one of my biggest frustrations with this system. Why is this not possible? It would relieve a significant source of frustration and make charting so much easier and efficient for me.

Ability to add a progress note from the calendar view would save a ton of time!

Please fix it so you can click from the client's appointment on the calender to create a progress note and continue through the cycle all the way to the billing feature from there. The progress note can also have a place embeded in it to save, and then click to ledger. That way you have everything within the loop getting completed without missing anything. That would make it so much easier for everyone, and it will match one of your competitors who is already making this an easy process.
