Report on number of sessions
Allow me to run a report to see how many sessions our organization has had, and how many each therapist has had during a specific time period.

In the beta version of the detailed attendance report it shows the total appointment hours tracked at the top. These are broken up into total, upcoming. and scheduled. Tracking these hours doesn't really help since clinicians only put these hours in to help with their calendars. Sometimes a client will need to cut down on the session time spontaneously, however. We would like it if at the top it tracked the total amount of appointments. The detailed attendance report is nearly perfect because you can break all of these stats up by clinician but we really need a way to track the total amount of appointments rather than appointment hours.

It would be helpful to see how many paid sessions vs kept sessions per each therapist

Yes please! Preferably for periods of time from one week to one year.

We need a report that clearly shows the number of sessions billed each month as a total and filtering by each therapist!

As an intern I have to track my hours for course completion. This addition would be soooo very helpful!!!!

Please add staff filter to Detailed Attendance report!! This would seem to be a simple filter to add and is very much needed for payroll and improved session tracking.

Please add Staff filter to Detailed Attendance Report. This is very important for payroll purposes as well as quickly seeing how many sessions a therapist has provided in specified time frame.

Add Staff filter to Detailed Attendance Report!! Need to see how many sessions each individual staff member has seen in a given period.

Add Staff filter to Detailed Attendance Report!! Need a staff filter (similar to the Staff Billing report) in the Detailed Attendance report. That way you could quickly see how many sessions a therapist has had in a given time period.

I still am requesting this to be added as it is much needed! We need to be able to run reports per therapist within TN vs having to export reports and do a lot of complicated sorting. Please allow for this option soon!!

Kristi Ottis commented
Any chance this is something you all are working on? It seems like adding this additional sort option would not be that difficult to do and greatly needed for group practices to run reports per therapist vs having to export and perform complicated sorting features to access needed data/information.

Session Count Reports
As a group practice we need to be able to track total practice sessions and per individual clinician. The reports now are clunky and not useful. We really need reports that can easily do the following:
--select all clinicians or specific individual clinician
--how many kept sessions per (day/week/month) total over a certain time period
--average amount of sessions per (day/week/month) over a certain time period
--session count increase or decrease from time period before
--a chart/graph to visualize fluctuationsThis would be really helpful for solo practitioners too!

Please add this much needed feature so detailed attendance can be looked at per therapist.

This is still a very much needed feature! Please allow for sorting this report per therapist. Session tracking per session, I can imagine would be very useful for many practices.

And to be able to tailor this report by therapist/by session type and by time frame...that would be great.

Kristi Ottis commented
Please add this as much easier to calculate payroll for therapists as Carrie Singer mentioned below without having to created additional tables or sign into each therapists profile to run reports logged in as them to only see their kept sessions.

Please. This is essential. Especially since we are big enough that we can't do CSV's for any length of time because its too large and we just get an error

It would be awesome to run a report and be able to select which specific CPT codes we want in the report, choose which provider and for it to total the number of sessions. Payroll is calculated per session therapist provides in a payroll period regardless if all, none or a partial amount is collected by the end of the payroll period.

We also have to produce the CSV report to reconcile attendance to billing for therapists. Since the invoice defaults to the therapist of record instead of the therapist actually seen for the appointment there is room for error in a busy office and it would save time to be able to run comparison reports that don't require manipulation more frequently in the month. It would also be great to change the invoice to bill to the therapist who saw the client (which can be different than the therapist on record) .
