Allow clients to review and sign treatment plans from the client portal
If there can be a way that clients can review and sign their treatment plans through the portal and that finalized doc would then be downloadable, that would be great.

It looks like there are a lot of votes on this issue and it has been requested since 2018. I know Simple Practice is able to provide this service and this is such a problem that it is a motivation for me to potentially switch to Simple Practice. Are you all working on this??

Please, please make it possible for clients to sign treatment plans electronically while not in the same physical space as the clinicians. Currently there is NO process for telehealth clients to sign treatment plans remotely, despite this being a requirement from state licensing boards.

Please help me understand why we are not able to have a client sign a treatment plan sent to them via the client portal? I am not sure how clients who meet via telehealth are expected/able to sign their treatment plans. This seems like a major oversight of the program.

Not being able to send treatment plans to clients for signature with out downloading, printing, scanning, etc. is a real inconvenience. Many clients are solely telehealth and not being able to get these signatures easily puts us out of compliance.

Clients should be able to sign their treatment plans through theranest. As many of are virtual, we rely on Theranest's technology. We are required to have clients sign treatment plans but cannot do it through Theranest. Which means we have to download, password protect, email to client, have the client print, sign, scan and email back. It would be much simpler if the client could sign through Theranest.

Right now, we are required by Medicaid to have clients sign treatment plans. But there is no functionality to do it on theranest. So we have to download treatment plans, email and send password protected, clients must print, sign, scan and return to us. It seems like a really important function for us to be able have clients sign their treatment plans over theranest.

Allow clients to see and sign their treatment plans the same way they are able to see and sign intake forms

My practice is completely virtual so I need to be able to send a client their treatment plan via secure messaging and I would love to see a feature where they can electronically sign and send back.

Federal government funded Medical Assistance and Medicare insurances will start requesting mandatory e signatures for telehealth appts effective 2024. I really like Theranest but I am starting to consider switching to another software in order to comply with this requirement. It would be really helpful if this could be added! Thank you for considering

The ability to send a document to your client for them to e-sign.
There are intake documents, but then there are individualized forms such as the Good Faith Estimate document or an individualized Treatment plan- can I send and have the client e-sign and send it back? I am telehealth, so printing is not an option for my practice. -

It's my understanding that Simple Practice allows clients to sign their plans through a portal. As it stands in Theranest, there is no convenient way for Telehealth Clients to sign their treatment plan.

Please consider adding a feature that allows telehealth clients to e-sign treatment plans as it is cumbersome to have to download them, upload to a third party for signature, then re-download and upload back to tnest. Thank you!

I am currently seeing clients totally via telehealth. Medicaid requires actual client signatures, either written or electronic, on client encounter forms and treatment plans. How can I meet this Medicaid requirement using TheraNest?

Absolutely! Throughout the pandemic, and moving forward, we have learned the importance of efficiency in all that we do with remote therapy.

Allow client's to sign treatment plans through portal. At this point, we have to print them out or let clients see them on our computers in order to have them sign. Virtual clients are not able to sign at all.
