    This is a function we had in our previous system and didn't realize how necessary it is until we didn't have it.

    Work in multiple charts at once. The functioning currently is not user friendly for practices with multiple clinicians and working in different charts at once.

    It helps when you can easily identify the clients insurance type to determine copay, no show charge, etc. If they have medicaid you have to go all the way into their chart to determine that. Please make it easily identifiable on the appointment. If it's EAP, commercial, medicaid, etc.
