We need to be able to see future and past appts a client has using the search feature for the client's name in the calendar vs it taking you to the client's acct or agenda. That would be so helpful for scheduling purposes and would be more in line with Google Calendar search features.

One big feature missing since no two way sync with Google calendar. In Google caledar admin change the appt color to yellow to signifiy the client has been checked in and ready for the therapist to come get them. We gray out appts that were cancelled so much easier to fill and see where openings are on the calendar. Having the option to change colors is much needed.

Please add this feature...an easy symbol or calendar color change signifying the client has arrived, payment collected & they are ready for to be seen by therapist. When using Google calendar to schedule, therapists had their own calendar color (nobody chose yellow) and then when client was ready to be seen admin turned the appt calendar color to yellow so therapist knew client was fully checked in. Using just a symbol or something simple being created is fine. Admin should not have to send message via chat to all the providers when clients arrive. As others mentioned it needs to be easily seen on their calendar/agenda in real time without having to refresh the TN page.
