An error occurred while saving the comment Kristi Ottis commentedAllow the feature to sort by staff member (as how is an option under the staff billing report) when running the Detailed Attendance report. This is very much needed for running payroll reports for multiple providers who are paid by session provided (kept) as well as for late cancellations and no-shows. This would prevent from needing to log into each of their profiles, select all the applicable service types and then to re-run this same report each time.
Also, allow for reports that are run repeatedly to be saved within the system, so it can be re-run with service types already applied and only the date range will need to be changed each time. That would reduce time spent to re-enter all the same service types tracked each time and reduce user error.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kristi Ottis commentedIt would be awesome to run a report and be able to select which specific CPT codes we want in the report, choose which provider and for it to total the number of sessions. Payroll is calculated per session therapist provides in a payroll period regardless if all, none or a partial amount is collected by the end of the payroll period.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kristi Ottis commentedEvery practice has different preferences regarding what they want Admin staff and clinicians to access and not access. There needs to be more customizable permission, especially granting Client Portal access to all Admin. They need to be able to send out invites to clients to complete the new client paperwork without also accessing practice financial information.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kristi Ottis commentedAgree with all and we would like to be able to have variety within when text messages go out such as 48 hrs/2days prior for appts on Tues-Friday. But for appts scheduled on Mon, we would like them to go out Fri am72 hours/3 days so if there are cancellations we have time to fill them prior to the weekend. We do not have admin working on weekends right now.

Is this something that is being worked on? It would be great for this feature to be added. It would be much more efficient than needing to write and mail out paper checks as well as having to make those manual adjustments to the ledger too.
