It would nice to have total clinical hours calculated so as not to manually count hours during a pay period. For example, on the reports page you can run a report for KEPT appointments but you still need to count all the hours. It would be great if in this report it calculated total clinical hours.

I would like to run a report that will pull the number of hours staff members worked. Having to add the duration column in the detailed attendance report is not ideal, we need a report that generates only this information.

Have a report that can be run to get the total number of kept client hours over a specific period of time. So pre licensed therapists can know how many hours they have completed.

Need a simple report to show hours worked, to be organized by provider and total time for specific date range.

How about a simple report to run for payroll? Provider/hours worked for dates selected? So simple!

Track event hours (administrative, vacation and ETO hours) and billable appointment hours together on one csv file. This function will provide a complete agency time tracking system which the agency could use as a timesheet for each user

It would be great if we are able to collect timesheets within the system and use it for payroll. Instead of doing a report it would be good if they submit their work and we can collect it at the end of the week. This would also be good for our office staff as well.

We are a behavior agency. We have one CHP that everything is billed under, and a number of paraprofessionals that actually provide the direct service staff. I would love to be able pull up a report for any employee in a set time period and see how many hours they worked, or at least what all their shifts were in that date range. But, when I run a staff billing report, it will only show me everything under the CHP since that's who it is all billed under. It seems like it would be an easy fix, and it would make my life a lot easier. Now, I have to go into every single case that person has worked, and manually search for what appointments they had. Please let me know if you can implement this, or if there is an easier way that I don't know about. Thanks.

Create function to convert appointment to a timesheet report from data collected from kept appointments, or integrate conversion into calendar as a popup to convert to timesheet. We need a quick and easy way for 20+ staff to manage their billable services to convert for payroll
