    Yes, You just need to complete an invoice in the ledger that shows the amount they owe. Also, add it your your intake forms that payment is required (ex. 24 hours prior to appt)

    Clients are able to set their own appointments but by including an option Allow anywhere between 5-30 minutes after each appointment that allows the option not to have back to back appointments and it can be a simple check box that is built into calendar preferences with a dropdown menu. For example, Allow time after each appointment? Yes or No. If yes, please select the increments 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60?
