Create progress note template library (PIE, DAP, SOAP, PHQ-9 etc.)
Provide general templates such as PIE, DAP, and SOAP for clinicians to choose from.

It would be nice if there was a template with check off boxes for psychological and neuropsychological testing reports with open boxes for writing summary and diagnosis. This is something that other EHR's have such as TherapyNotes and it would be great to have here. Too time consuming to try to create myself as I have tired!

If you could just create a larger library of templates, that may be one way to work around having notes fully customizable. The best would be both to enlarge the library of templates and to make them fully customizable.

Also, an intake form template! I don't really like the intake document page as it is right now

DAP template would be better for me than SOAP notes

It would be great to have either a variety of note templates (such as DAP, not just SOAP) or an option to create or edit or customize your own note template.

We definitely need a template for discharge summaries.

Is it possibe to provide several note formats such as B.I.R.P, S.O.A.P, and DAP?
-

Hello. I want to suggest the BIRP note formate. It's easier to use.

It would be great if the notes section could be adjustable to give options such as SOAP note, Theranest standard (the current note setting), PIE note, or a fully user customizable note option. The same with the Initial Assessment

Love that you guys added the PHQ and Anxiety scale. I'd love to be able to send the DES as well to all new clients. Can that be included as well?

Love TheraNest has made a few common measures available for Cl self-reporting. These are very useful, specially at intake and for insurance purposes/disputes. It'd be AWESOME if TheraNest could make DSM-5 Assessment Measures available, specifically the Cross-Cutting Symptom Measures for Adults, Minors and Parents and the WHODAS.

I love that you added PHQ-9 and GAD7. Can you consider adding the ACES as well. Great for adults and children.

I think it would be a good idea to add various assessment tools such as the PHQ-9, GAD-7, and other commonly used assessment tools.

It would make any therapist life easier if there was a way to have frequently used assessments available on theranest for client to do through the client portal during intake or throughout tx to track progress. Such as PHQ-9, YALE-OCD, EPDS, ADHD, and many others. I spend a lot of money on paper and ink and it difficult now as we are doing everything online to get these from clients. Other EHR have these and don't know why theranest does not. This is frustrating

I would like to be able to add other standardized inventories so keep track of objective symptoms. You have the GAD-7 and PHQ-9 and I would also like to have PDS-5 for PTSD screening and symptomology, the PROMIS for sleep disturbance-short form, Substance use screener, EAT-26 and potentially the cross cutting symptom measure. This would give good information for client intakes with objective reported symptomology for us to track over time.
I would also like to edit the intake form/screener that is initially sent out.

There should be a list of common mental health forms besides the PHQ and GAD. Ideally there would be a list of common mental health diagnostic scales such as the PCL, AUDIT, etc
