    When I pull up the client list, it shows that a client has a balance due and does not show the client has a credit on his/her account that would offset the balance. For example, Client 1 pays $450 on June 1. On July 5th he/she has a charge of $450. The charge shows, but the credit does not show on the client list. Because of this my staff bills the clients credit card for $450 and does not notice the client has already paid this charge in advance.

    It is simply inexcusable that an office management software does not offer an accurate accounting method or accurate Statements for patients. To split checks received among "invoices," resulting in a statement that only shows a partial dollar amount for a check received this month is CRAZY. PLEASE FIX YOUR STATEMENTS! And, yes, we need to make partial refunds, post CREDITS to accounts that are NOT payments and other very basic accounting functions.

    We are finding the same problem and I would think "Contact Log" should be available to the STAFF who may interact with a client. They do not necessarily have access to Clinical Notes.

    WHAT!?! TheraNest has known since 2014 or earlier that their software is NOT HIPAA compliant when it comes to group notes and that it is NOT functional when it comes to entering group case notes? Shame on them! YOU REALLY NEED TO FIX THIS!

    The upload 10mb limit does create much unnecessary work. We have to break files into small pieces before upload. I find it deceptive that you advertise "unlimited file storage" but then limit the ability to upload documents by creating this obstacle.

    We need help with writing notes for group sessions. it will not accept the "apply to all others" and says notes are already there when they are not. Further, it is ridiculous to have to delete an appointment, go to clients, go to groups, go to the group, go to details, add the group member, then schedule the appointment, then go back to agenda, then be able to write the note! C'mon! Every other software lets you add the group member from the notes page!

    We really need to be able to group clients into the same group, but they pay different fees. Currently we are having to list two different groups because some participants pay $90 per group and some pay $0 per group, but pay a flat monthly fee. We cannot merely change the default fee because their monthly fee would then ALSO default to $0.00. It would be very helpful if individuals could have up to three different default fees, such as $90 for group, $160 for individual, and $200 for monitoring.
