We need a "Payout Date" column for transactions already paid out to therapists in a payroll. This is critical for accounting and tax purposes.

Currently, the client portal schedules up to 60 days out. I think it would be ideal if the clinician could alter how far out they would like for patients to be able to schedule using the client portal (e.g., during the school year I like a shorter time frame but over the summer I would like to be able to extend it out.

When a client registers to the client portal, a notification gets sent to the admin or assigned staff that they have registered.

Adjust the "You have scheduled appointment" to "pending appointment."
"Submit Appointment Request" along with some disclaimer that the appointment is not scheduled until they click AND that the therapist needs to confirm... rather than "submit NEW appointment"

We’d like to be able to turn this off completely for some therapists, and remain active for others. With over 600 clients, we’d rather not have to go through every single client to turn this feature off.

Make it so a client is not able to cancel their appointment 48 hours prior to their appointment on their portal and they need to call or text us if they need to cancel.

Most of my clients are children/adolescents and I often have to email both caregivers with clinical information. The way secure messaging is set up with Theranest is to send a message to the client through their client portal account. I need a way to send an email to two separate email addresses (ie., both parents)?

Ability to turn off payment notifications for assigned staff. I need to turn this off for the lower level staff.

I really need to be able to set it so that only sessions that have progress notes can be billed. it’s the only way to keep clinicians accountable for their progress notes.

I am set up to co-sign my interns’ progress notes. Is there a way to “reject a note” so that they get a notification? Currently, I sent them practice chat messages, but still sits on my “notes awaiting review, approval or sign.” It would be great to remove a note from this list without signing it.

I have people that I put in a group that meets 3 days a week but they only have to attend once and I don’t want to make them NO SHOW, CANCEL OT LATE CANCEL as that is not really appropriate and I don’t want to make a separate group for them as it would be too complicates as I have some that attend one class on each of the 3 days as well as people that attend all 3 days.

Would like to see a space where clinicians can sign the intake documents when clients have signed through the client portal.
If a client has paid their copay or invoice for a session then change the "Billed" label to a "Paid" label so I can quickly glance at my calendar or agenda and see who has paid and who hasn't.
