Send secure message/email to people outside organization
Allow me to send secure and HIPAA-compliant emails from TheraNest to individuals outside of my organization (such as insurance, other care providers, etc.).

Integrate Virtu-encrypted email function for sending anything with PHI (for those of us using Gmail).

Yes this feature really is CRITICAL at this point, especially for Telehealth prectices. It is very difficult to not be bale to send a quick Release of Information to other providers for clients! We need this so badly! We also need an Authorization to Release as part of the Intake Packet!

To use another application secure site for this is wrong. I would pay an additional $1 per month on top of the increase that you have suggested for this site.

It would be great to have a way for clients' other providers to send a document directly to the client's documents section or participate in messaging. Currently I have to ask them to send via a less secure medium, and then I download/upload to get it into the record. Could there be a type of "non-client" account in the portal that would only provide messaging capability (with attachments)?
It would also be nice to have a way to assign documents received as attachments to the client's documents or clinical documents without downloading and uploading.

Most of my clients are children/adolescents and I often have to email both caregivers with clinical information. The way secure messaging is set up with Theranest is to send a message to the client through their client portal account. I need a way to send an email to two separate email addresses (ie., both parents)?

I would like the option to email collaborative partners like social worker, attorneys, judges, etc via the secured email messaging.
