Specify who receives notifications for portal payments
When a client makes a payment on the portal, the staff member assigned to the invoice will receive a notification. Allow me to specify who receives this notification because we only need certain people to be notified.

Make it so that employees, or clinicians working in a group practice do not get notified when a client makes a payment on their ledger.

Ability to turn off payment notifications for assigned staff. I need to turn this off for the lower level staff.
