Distinguish between billed and paid appointments when viewing the calendar
When viewing a client's appointment on the calendar, allow me to easily identify if the session has been invoiced and if the invoice has been paid.

When a payment is made by the patient for their copayment, etc, on an invoice for a current session, this should display on the agenda so we know it was paid without having to go into their chart to look!

I am new to the admin world and definitely appreciate lists. It is very important to some of us detail freaks to check off the tasks on our list as we complete them. It would be FANTASTIC if we could put a giant green check mark over the appointments as they are completed and billed etc. It would be a quick reference to alert us to what has not been completed for the day as well.

It would be nice to be able to see from the "day" calendar view if you have charged a client that day or not. It is a lot more work to have to jump into each account. It would be nice if you could see how many people have been charged on the day that you are looking at so that it is easier to make sure you have gotten everyone taken care of that day.

When office reception creates a daily invoice change it to the verbiage INVOICED, and once the biller submits the invoice, then name it BILLED. This would help with my monthly audits as well as weekly billing.

We would like to have a "PAID" notification on the clients calendar appointment after a payment has been applied to the invoice for that date. Currently it is labeled "BILLED" even after the payment has been received. We are having to work much harder to determine which 'Private Pay' clients have not paid. Thanks!

Once a session has been billed, change the appointment to a different color on the calendar.

If a client has paid their copay or invoice for a session then change the "Billed" label to a "Paid" label so I can quickly glance at my calendar or agenda and see who has paid and who hasn't.

I like how the calendar shows when an invoice has been created on an appointment, but it would be great if, once the invoice was completely paid, it changed to Paid instead of Billed.
