When Providers create a form and create the elements for the questions on that form, allow for these elements to be saved for future use on other forms AND if possible allow for those elements to be used by the entire provider community. Just like the Mental Status element is available to all with preset check boxes, one of the elements I create could be available to others or at lease available for me to use on a different form. So that I do not have to recreate the same element a zillion times on different forms.
In the screenshot attached, I created an element for the next session. I should be able to save this element and use it on any other form I choose. PLEASE! THANK YOU!
