Autosave portal forms
Autosave portal forms that clients are filling out. We've had clients not click the "save" button and lose all the information they entered, particularly with longer forms.

Enable clients to save drafts while completing their intake forms automatically. This feature would allow them to reload their saved drafts in the event of a timeout, facilitating the seamless continuation of the intake paperwork process.

Autosave all forms! Our clinicians lose their forms on occasion and it would be nice to have an autosave as it does for the default forms that were included with the platform.

Yes! We also have had this issue and have asked numerous times for TN to fix it. I have worked with other software that allows users to save/change/complete multiple times (documents on a patient portal).

Yes, I have had SO MANY patients complain that they take an hour filling out a form of ours and go to hit save only to find they've been logged on.

When new clients are asked to complete the Intake paperwork through the Client Portal, it would be beneficial if the document Autosaves (similar to how the Notes work on the provider side) to ensure data is not lost in the process due to various situations, like a power outage, an internet outage, timing out if the person steps away for a moment and does not return back for a bit, etc. The process of reading the Intake paperwork and completing the required forms may take a considerable amount of time and it would reduce stress and barriers to the intake process if the customer was assured they would not lose their data in the process, before electronically signing and hitting the Submit button.

Several clients have been completing custom intake forms only to get signed-out/timed-out and have their information lost. Not all forms are short. We really need an auto-save or the ability for clients to save and return to forms!
