Why not give Household Info all the same fields as Contact Network, with a checkbox to select whether this person is a client contact or not, and still have the ability to invite them to the client portal? As it stands, we use Contact Network almost exclusively and don't enter any info in Household Info because it is effectively redundant.
Also, Emergency Contact should be a part of this feature, rather than being a separate set of fields. This way a client could add multiple emergency contacts (for instance, adding both a child's parents)

An error occurred while saving the comment Daniel Sheff commentedSince the change to availability override, now when I schedule an all-day appointment, it changes my view settings to the full 24 hours, which is just plain silly. I'm just marking the calendar that I'll be out of the office on a day I'm usually here (and mostly for my own benefit so I don't schedule clients or meetings). This should not mean I have to change my calendar preferences AGAIN so I don't see Midnight-7AM.
An error occurred while saving the comment Daniel Sheff commentedWhen changing calendar preferences, they should not reset, even if an appointment or event falls outside the available times listed. If there are any appointments that conflict with an availability change, a warning, list, or report that lets you review them and change them if needed would be great. I keep changing the staff display order in my preferences, and it keeps changing back. I removed all non-client appointments, and made sure all my client appointments were within my scheduled times, and still it keeps resetting. It is VERY annoying to change my preferences every day, and is the only TheraNest feature I find to be borderline useless.

At my practice, we are creating a separate Progress Note template to use instead, but it would be great if we didn't have to do that.

There is really no reason groups shouldn't be able to be unarchived. This is silly.
