  8. View staff availability/unavailability for more than a day

    Allow me to view staff availability or unavailability on the calendar for more than a day at a time rather than just in Staff view.

  9. Default client's intake date field to date of first kept appointment

    I would suggest the default intake date be the first kept appointment, or at least be able to change the default to that setting. I do not consider the date I put their name into the computer to schedule their first appointment as the intake date. It should be the day they filled everything out, either via the portal or in the office.

  10. Display session number in progress note

    Number the notes for us so that we do not have to manually count how many sessions we have conducted with our clients? This helps with certain insurance groups that limit our sessions. Thank you!

  12. Automatic out-of-office reply for portal messages

    If a client contacts me through the client portal while I'm away, allow me to set up an automatic out-of-office reply and the option to have those messages forwarded to another staff member.

    There is a log for only text reminders, but no way to verify that an email was sent and no consolidated log of phone reminders

  17. Alert for when a client has been closed for 7 years

    Have a program that will keep track of the date that you "archive" a client as a close out-and you will be alerted when the file has been closed for 7 years-so you know when you are able to shred the paper documents. And then to also be able to fully delete the client from TheraNest.

  19. Copy and sync clinical information across different client cases

    We are a group practice and we do share clients….ex. we have clients that see one therapist for individual and another for couples and perhaps another for group. We are all part of the treatment team so we are all assigned to the case and have ROIs in place in order to share information. The sharing of information is also in our treatment consent form and HIPAA form that clients complete at intake.

  20. Allow space for additional license numbers

    I have more than one license that I use on a daily basis (DC, MD) - can you add additional license spaces to include this info and the state it is relevate to as well...?
