Add Client ID to all reports
Allow me to run reports with just the client ID and not the client's name in cases where I need to download or print the report.

It would be great if daily billing reports had the option to remove Client Name for confidentiality purposes. Please add client name to be a removable filter. Allow for initials to show instead of full client name or client ID to show instead of client full name.

It would be great to be able to customize the grid for the Payroll reports so that they can be printed without client names on them to eliminate PHI

We provide all of our counselors with an payroll report. It's the "Payroll Date Export." The only option is a name to be listed to tell what the counselor is being paid for. It's a HIPAA violation for us to list the names so we can only list the dates. Our counselors have multiple clients per day and makes it hard for them to see which clients they are being paid for. Is it possible to also have the option for Client ID to be listed on payroll reports? Thank you.

Under reports, daily billing, can you please add an option for us to be able to remove client's name from the report? As it stands, client name is not under the customizable grid, and therefore, client's name is automatically attached to the report. It would be helpful if we have the option to generate and print a report and can select if we'd like client name or client ID to be populated for HIPAA compliance.

The cx wants to remove the client's information from the Payroll By Rendering Provider report. And to add the client ID.

I agree this would be very helpful if client ID was added to all reports.

When I give my therapists a payout statement, I have to blank out the names in order to give them their payout statement. It would be great to run payroll and have the client ID instead of the full name. It is not HIPAA compliant when thinking about payout reports

This! So this. Like yesterday. Especially the write-off report.

Hello,
I think it would be helpful to be able to run a report of the invoices/charges/etc with the unique client IDs instead of their names. I'd like to be able to share some of the invoice information with my book keeper but I don't see how to do that without sharing the names.

Please add Client ID to all reports! This is how we maintain accountability for reports missed. The Payments method report MUST have a client ID as I need to pull it to reconcile.
Thank you! -

This would help us tremendously. Right now we are merging several reports into one Excel file. Having the client ID on each report would reduce some of the time it takes us.

This would also help safeguard HIPAA compliance when sharing reports because it would be possible to delete the client name column and keep the client ID number column.

Yes, adding the unique Client ID would allow you to use a VLOOKUP against any other report and the CSV downloads available. This would open up unique "adhoc" type of reporting otherwise not available.

I print out the payroll report so that clinicians can see their payouts. Allow me the option to customize the grid to only show the client's initials or the client's ID.

It would also help to distinguish clients with the same name, and to allow reports to be compared with each other. This is really important.
