  3. Remove client name from billing reports

    When running billing reports, allow me to customize the grid to remove the client's name. I want to print the report without their name or only their ID so their identifying information isn't shown. Sometimes we have to show these reports to people outside of our organization.

  8. Send secure message alert to client's secondary email address

    It would be great if the email sent to clients alerting of a secure message could be sent to both the primary and secondary email addresses on file in TheraNest. This would be especially helpful for minor clients with divorced parents.

  9. Create new report for declined credit card charges

    It would be nice to be able to have all declined credit card charges available in one list to ensure all charges have been resubmitted with out having to go through each client to check.

  11. Remind me if client's have a credit when processing a payment

    When charging clients, it could be really helpful to have a pop up that said "this client has a positive balance of $--". This would help to remind to use funds overpaid from previous sessions when charging clients.

  15. Save sorting selections in client list

    If I'm viewing the client list and sort the table, have TheraNest save my sorting preferences so if I navigate away and come back the sorting doesn't reset.

  16. Extend time limit on one time payment link

    Many of my client's do not check their email frequently. It would be great if the one time payment link allowed the link to stay active for more than 24 hours.

  17. Filter fully paid and in progress claims out of batch processing

    In batch processing add the ability to filter claims that are fully paid, or in progress. Currently all claims show up in batch processing. It would be helpful if only the not submitted/paid ones showed.

  18. Download intake paperwork directly to Clinical Docs

    Currently, all of the intake paperwork completed in the patient portal is downloaded into General Docs. Since this paperwork frequently contains HIPAA protected information, it would be better if could immediately be placed in the Clinical Docs so only the assigned therapist can see it.

  19. Create notes for therapists I supervise

    As a clinical supervisor of supervisees working within our group as employees & also graduate student interns, it would be nice to have the ability to create supervision notes for the staff I supervise.

  20. Remove deactivated staff from practice chat

    Remove all staff that have been deactivated from practice chat, otherwise, it's hard to find the person I'm looking for.
