Remove client name from billing reports
When running billing reports, allow me to customize the grid to remove the client's name. I want to print the report without their name or only their ID so their identifying information isn't shown. Sometimes we have to show these reports to people outside of our organization.

Yes. I second this!

Please allow client name to be removed/deselected from Reports -PDF reports. It would be helpful to be able to print daily billing, staff billing, or payroll reports without client name, only using client ID or client initials. This would allow us to print or save HIPAA compliant Report PDFs.

a way to generate a report on TheraNest that shows my income over a given time period without including the names of my clients

I need to submit my income for the private practice to external entities but do not see an option that does not include client names. Is there a way to use client ID instead so that when I submit my income to an external entity, I can keep my client info confidential? Doing an excel spreadsheet and then deleting that column is not acceptable as I already tried doing this and it was rejected for the purposes I need. I need to be able to download the report in PDF format with my logo on it. Thanks!

Under the "reports" tab -> "billing" tab -> "daily billing" feature, can you consider adding "client name" to the customize grid? This would enable printing of the daily billing pdf to show the client ID vs client name, making it more confidential for printing.
Under this same tab, can you consider removing the fixed "Billed Amount" and adding it to the customize grid instead?

It would be great to have a display option that only shows the client's initials rather than their full name on reports.

A report that accurately outlines the following:
Can be restricted to a specific staff member and date range
Show the number of units billed in a specific time period
Show the type of session (CPT Code)
Show the status of the appointment
Show the insurance company billed
Show the time of the appointment and date
Show if the session is pending. If it is not pending, how much did the client pay and how much did the insurance pay and adjust.
Amount outstanding on the staff member's accounts by insurance and client. -

Hello, we would like our accountant to be able to run Staff Billing reports to determine revenue generated for quarterly accounting. Is there a way to eliminate the column that shows patient names? Or a way for that column to show only patient Initials for privacy?

Need to be able to run daily billing reports without the client full name showing.

Please, when can this be changed? I have been waiting. I would like to give my contractor her reports but each and every one must be modified to take off the client name and I personally put in the client ID assigned instead for the individual instead. What should just take saving the export, takes another 30 minutes of me trying to block out all client names and replacing them with client IDs, every. single. week. Thank you in advance.

I print off my payroll report for my contractor; I do not want client names all over these; I would like the choice to have my payroll reports have ONLY the client ID's instead of the Client Name. It takes my a lot of time to rectify this and try not to expose PHI/HIPPA info on my payroll. Client ID's would be much more private and still beneficial in tracking payments.

I am requesting the option to delete the "Client" column on the different reports. I have to redact every report in order to remain within HIPPA and utilize the professional looking reports for taxes and such.

I would like the option to export payments, appointment service and date without full name but instead an option for it to be only initial or first name with last initial.

Sometimes reports need to be shared with people for various reasons. To protect the clients names from being divulged, there should be an option to display only client initials in the report or to hide their names completely.
