Add a report that shows treatment plan due dates or add a treatment plan due date to a field on another client report

similar to the missing progress note report that is available, it would be nice to have a report to any clients missing a treatment plan.

It would be helpful to have a report that shows outstanding treatment plans and cases that have no treatment plans.

I would love the option to run a report showing missing treatment plans.

I wanted to suggest creating a section on the report section where clinicians can view which Assessment and Treatment plan have been signed off or are missing signature? The way we can view the progress note signature report.

If possible also on the report section to have a place where we can view missing treatment plan.

This would help ensure quality of records when completing utilization review for group practices."

Also, it would be helpful if the supervisor is alerted when the treatment plan is completed (just like the progress notes).

Have a place that you can see any unsigned document.

A query for Treatment plans to show when they are missing and unsigned.

Right now there is no way to view upcoming alerts. It would be optimal if we could have a report that shows any upcoming alerts - such as alerts tied to the treatment plan.

We need to be able to run a report based on treatment plans. Like
1. Which clients have one
2. Which clients don't have one
3. Which clients has expired treatment plans
4. Which clients need treatment plans updated
5.. Date plans enter in, date expired

Yes, we cannot keep up on our records and client files properly without this feature. We may have to find another portal if this does not happen.

Ideally, all statuses in one report unlike the notes that you have to run two reports for missing and unsigned.
