    I endorse the comment made by Michelle. "It would be incredibly beneficial to create a report to track missing treatment plans as well as alerts to clinicians and supervisors when treatment plans are expiring and need review. This would help ensure quality of records when completing utilization review for group practices."

    Also, it would be helpful if the supervisor is alerted when the treatment plan is completed (just like the progress notes).

    One of the things I really liked about the Simple Practice Software, is that it sent me a daily email "Agenda for Today". The headings were specific to whatever your permissions were (i.e. admin, receptionist, therapist). This is an example of the headings I was sent everyday during my trial period:

    Today’s Schedule
    No appointments today.

    Reminders
    Create a Progress Note for appointment on 11/28 for CC ›

    Payments
    No payment updates.

    Invoices
    No invoice updates.

    Add a signature element to the custom forms. I would like to create a credit card authorization form with client signature to put in the client portal, but unable to do so.
