    As an admin at my practice, this would be critical in ensuring therapists are following documentation requirements. It is TEDIOUS to track this currently. Supervisors at practices need more support around running documentation reports!

    It would be incredibly beneficial to create a report to track missing treatment plans as well as alerts to clinicians and supervisors when treatment plans are expiring and need review. This would help ensure quality of records when completing utilization review for group practices.
