    In the client portal it would be helpful to have clients automatically be able to upload an image of their insurance card, license, debit/credit card for more ease and convenience

    I come from advancedmd and they have reports where I can attach processing fee to the batch (TRX) number. In Theranest I'm getting random "Merchant Fee Payment" daily or every other day it's near impossible to reconcile or go fishing for. We need a report that specifies Processing Fee that's connected to specific Batch Number, Date of Charge and Date of Disbursement. This is a Book-keeper's nightmare! Please FIX this ASAP.

    I think a pre loaded intervention list would be beneficial in the progress note just like it is in the treatment plan.

    I absolutely agree I have groups/family that goes on hiatus and then re-starts all the time! A much needed feature to prevent having to re-create groups all over again

    We need a feature to generate a treatment plan report with all clients treatment plan expiration dates and missing treatment plan, I'm having to scroll thru over 25 clients! WE need this feature. We have a missing assessment report but no treatment plan report

    I have a practice with 5 therapist and 90 clients it's impossible to keep track of all treatment plans!! we desperately need a missing treatment plan or status with expiration date for all treatment plans! PLEASE

    I have sychronized my theranest to google calendar the only issue is that It seems to be a one way sync meaning that I can schedule a client from theranest and it drops in my google calendar. But I want to be able to schedule from my google calendar and it also appears on my theranest calendar. Please work on this issue! It's a MAJOR Drawback in the system. Just adding the name in google and have it enter in theranest calendar even if the therapist have to enter the service code manually that would be fine!!

    I WOULD LIKE A REMINDER/ ALERT FOR WHEN NOTES AND TREATMENT PLANS SHOULD BE COMPLETED AND A REMINDER IS SENT TO CLINICIAN AND SUPERVISOR.
