    Create a report to track treatment plan creation (similar to initial assessments and progress notes).

    Create more clarity for portal users scheduling appointments online by differentiating available/unavailable times on a therapist's calendar. We have received lots of feedback from frustrated users that it is very difficult to find an available spot.

    right now group names great HIPAA violations because they don't convert to initials. we would prefer to have a way to name the files with first and last names, but still use the calendar sync.
