    We would love to simply send and receive .pdf documents via the portal. E-signatures would be great, too.

    We don't need our forms to auto-populate TheraNest client records. We would just love to use the portal to send and receive completed paperwork. We have paperwork/assessments that are too complex and cumbersome to recreate as a custom form.

    We really just want to use the portal instead of going through email and then manually uploading it to the clinical record. Thank you!
