The idea that I have to pay extra for telehealth group sessions seems to be a discriminatory facet that I have discovered. My example is that I see a deaf person and they have a translator that also is involved. We cannot meet for sessions via telehealth because I do not have a group option and the cost is prohibitive for this small population.

Many of your reports do not have the option of producing the report by therapist. As a growing practice - we now have 9 therapists - it is imperative that we know many of these statuses by therapist. For instance, the aging report is a very important evaluative tool for therapist performance. Thank you for consideration in this area.

It would be really helpful if the date range selected printed on the report you are working with. Bookkeepers and CPAs don't like the handwritten dates on the paperwork. As well, if the range is put in incorrectly but not caught you can search for a very long time before you find out why you are not balancing with other reports.

I want to vote for the "Applied to Deductible" option but I keep being told my signin and password are incorrect but they are not. Please somehow register my vote for this option. With 10 therapists all making the same mistakes it is making for a lot of extra work for my bookkeeper to keep reminding people that deductlbles are still in play.
