  5. Edit payment amount when sending 1-time payment link

    When sending a 1-time payment link, allow me to change the amount that I'm sending to the person. We may send a 1-time payment link to both parents in instances of divorce and they each may only be responsible for a certain portion.

  6. Display special characters/other languages on intake forms

    We serve a lot of clients who are speaking different languages, however, after they submit an intake form using their language the forms we received are garbled and don't come back with their language's characters.

  7. Select whether completed intake forms should save to clinical or general documents

    When creating an intake form, allow me to choose whether the completed form is saved to the client's General Documents or Clinical Documents for all open cases so we can limit which staff can view them.

  15. Add a character count to appointment decline messages

    When a client requests an appointment via the client portal and I decline it, show me how many characters I can type in the decline message. The error message that comes up says my message is too long, but I'm not sure how long is too long.

  18. Keep Signature History in Progress Notes

    I sometimes have to unsign progress notes in order to change the service location for secondary claims or re-submitting claims. When our therapists re-sign the notes it appears that they signed the note days, weeks, or even months after the appointment which causes them concerns about liability or audit issues. Why doesn't the note capture all signature activity history? Seems to me that when a note is unsigned a comment should be available to add to the date of unsigning and captured for the note history as well as the re-signing date.   19. Remove client name from billing reports

    When running billing reports, allow me to customize the grid to remove the client's name. I want to print the report without their name or only their ID so their identifying information isn't shown. Sometimes we have to show these reports to people outside of our organization.

  20. Display insured ID # in left sidebar when viewing client details

    When viewing a client's details, display their insured ID # for their primary insurance in the left sidebar so I can quickly view that information without going to another tab.
