Show progress note status on detailed attendance report
When running the Detailed Attendance report, allow me to see if a progress note has been completed/signed for that appointment.

Please consider adding a filter of Signed Notes to the Detailed Attendance Report please.

Please add a field indicating if a Progress Note is signed for the appointment. We use this report for our payroll, and only pay therapists if the note is signed.
Right now we have to cross check this report with the Progress Note report to determine if any notes are missing.

It would be very helpful if we could have a report that correlated with the schedule. For example, a report that could run what sessions were held during a specific timeframe and whether or not the invoice (insurance and/or client payment) has been completed on that session. Right now, we're having to run 2-3 different reports to get this data.
