Don't automatically display pre-defined options when typing in mental status
When clicking into the mental status fields of a progress note, don't automatically display the pre-defined options. Sometimes I just want to enter text without seeing the pre-defined list I can insert.

Change location of mental status pre-defined options
When typing into the mental status section of a progress note, have the pre-defined options appear to the right side of the section so it doesn't block the next items in the list.

View clients only I'm assigned to in client list
When filtering the client list allow me to see the clients only I'm assigned to. When I enter my name to filter, it also displays the clients I supervise, but I only want to see my caseload.

Report on group appointments as one unit
Allow me to run a report that will show whether the group appointment as a whole was kept. The attendance report breaks it down by client/attendee, but we pay our therapists by the hour worked not by the number of clients seen.

Add termination date to client's details
Allow me to add a custom termination/archive date to the client's details. Sometimes our termination dates are based on the last appointment and sometimes they are based on the last time we contacted them.

Change client pronouns in activity log
When a client makes a change on their client portal, the activity log entries default to the male pronouns. Have the pronouns default to the pronouns the client identifies with.

Add individual progress note to group case
If I see a client as part of a group, but also see them individually, allow me to add their individual progress note to their group case. I don't need to create a separate case and want to keep all of their documentation together.

Allow me to run a report that will display clients' responses to certain fields on my intake forms. For example, I may add additional demographic fields to an intake form and I'd like to run a report based on those fields.

Archive clients on prospective clients list
Allow me to archive clients that are on the prospective client's list so I don't have to activate them just to archive them. I don't want to delete them because I want to keep a record of these clients.

Don't update close date when closing a reopened case
If I have to reopen a case to view progress notes or print documentation for an audit, when I reclose the case it updates the close date. Allow me to keep the original close date when reclosing the case.
