Add archived client to prospective clients list
Instead of unarchiving a client and making them active, allow me to add them to the prospective clients list.

This would be an important feature. Many times old patients come back and I need to put them on the prospective list so I don't forget about them.

or even active clients to prospective list. I've accidently activated prospective clients and want to put them back on the prospect list.

Ability to change from archived client to prospective client (ex: Reopen/restart who need to complete new evaluation prior to scheduling)
