Improve Secure Messaging View Options
Allow Secure Message to be viewed as a thread and improve viewing options of long messages.

I was recently granted administrative rights where I have access to all agency clients. I have the ability to see all clients or just my clients regarding a general search. However, when I go to the secure message option, the select all option is agency-wide. It would be helpful to have another option to message just all of my assigned clients as this is how I communicate my schedule opening, when I have cancellations, etc.
