Populate intake fields into initial assessment
When a client fills out an intake form, allow me to populate those responses into the client's initial assessment.

Great idea. It would save a lot of time if some of the fields would pre-populate with the info the client has entered. Otherwise I end up doing a lot of manual copying and pasting.

Creating or modifying dynamic form and being able to add the features of the forms TN has created so that they synch and populate into progress notes and treatment plans.

Develop psychiatric assessment that meets the needs for documentation standards that will pull necessarily information into progress notes, treatment plans, etc.
