Carryover appointment note to rescheduled appointment
When I reschedule an appointment have the appointment note carryover to the new appointment so I don't have to retype it.

Currently, the text that is entered in the Note field on the Rescheduled status does not appear in the Absence Reason field (as it does for appointments that are changed to Cancel or Late Cancel). This would be helpful as one reviews the attendance history, to have all the comments available in one view.
