The ability to sort by therapist / rendering provider on the aging report list. Without this feature, our group of 21 clinicians essentially can't use this VITAL report since everyone's clients are all mixed together.

As a large group practice of 25 clinicians, this is actually a vital report for us in helping determine incentives, office allocation, etc. Being able to generate an average would be helpful too. I hope this is something that can be created sooner than later.

I was recently granted administrative rights where I have access to all agency clients. I have the ability to see all clients or just my clients regarding a general search. However, when I go to the secure message option, the select all option is agency-wide. It would be helpful to have another option to message just all of my assigned clients as this is how I communicate my schedule opening, when I have cancellations, etc.

We would like to be able to generate a report of clients that have a credit, an overpayment, on their account, that can be sorted by therapist. Currently we have a flag to mark accounts with a credit. But sometimes the flag does not get applied. It would also be helpful for the option to include archived clients as well just in the off chance a client gets archived with a credit needing to be returned.

With automated invoicing now an option, this is really needed as we now have to manually adjust any telehealth invoices the next day.

Ability to run a report to show which clients have a payment credit (overpayment) on file and further to be able to see credits amounts listed on the all clients page similar to how it shows insurance balance or client balance due. We currently have to use a created flag to mark accounts with a credit and then open the individual facesheets to see how much the credit it. It needs to be easier to catch this information on the all clients page and further run a report to help with accounting.

Sometimes a client gets archived when there is a credit by mistake. There needs to be a way to generate a report to capture anyone in the client archive that has a credit for accounting purposes.

We require 24 hour business cancellations. A Monday appointment needs to be canceled on Friday by the appointment time. Currently Theranest allows Monday appointment to be canceled on Saturday and Sunday. A Thursday appointment needs to be canceled by Wednesday. Monday appointments need to match this with the weekend not being accounted into the timeframe as they are not business days for our practice.

The ability for Monday cancellations to not be available in client portal after Friday at the appointment time similar to 24 hours during the regular week. A Wednesday at 5 appointment cannot be canceled in Theranest after 5 on Tuesday. We would like the same ability over the weekends for Monday: a Monday at 5 appointment cannot be canceled via the portal after 5 on Friday as this constitutes a late cancellation.

If a client updates their card in their portal for future sessions, without making a payment, the CVV code is not collected. When the card is needed to be utilized at a future appointment, we have to call or message the client to get this code. Theranest needs to collect the CVV code when the client updates their payment method in the portal without making a payment.

Adding a filter on the client list page to show insurance ID's. We had a larger employer group change insurance carriers this year where we became out of network. Trying to pull every client with this insurance to contact was challenging on our part since we can't see ID numbers on the client list page.

Clients being able to add an image of insurance card directly to the portal. We require clients to email an image of their insurance card, front and back, that we upload to client documents. We would like for clients to be able to upload this directly to their facesheet via the portal.

Some counselors in our practice that are only part-time and not as frequently looking at their emails or Theranest would like for appointment requests through the portal to just automatically approve and schedule on their own.

As a practice of 24 counselors, this report is useless without being able to sort by therapist. Our need would be to generate the report and either sort by therapist if this was a column (and probably the easiest option for the developers), or the option to generate the report by therapist. I cannot emphasize how useless this report is without the rendering provider column.
