An error occurred while saving the comment Give option for automated billing steps to move through stages quicker. Currently, they sit in each stage (Create Invoice, Process Invoice, Submit) for 24 hours EACH step. We'd like the option to submit claims quicker than 3 days following an appointment using automation.

An error occurred while saving the comment Add ability for clients to upload documents through portal (versus secure messaging). This would allow clients to send image of insurance card and other relevant documents that aren't captured in intake or dynamic forms.

An error occurred while saving the comment Signing the close note is cumbersome. The button that now simply says "Close", can you modify it to be both "close and e-sign" so don't have to navigate to a whole different page with additional steps.
It would be one less step to have the card on file as the first in the drop down list instead of "Add a New Card" option. It seems counterintuitive to have to take the step to select the card on file and it not be automatically first in the list.
